Hansaprint and WSOYpro invest in developing print services for consumers
"Wiresidos Oy has been responsible for the production of WSOYpro's Kuvatkirjaksi service (www.kuvatkirjaksi.fi) with a long-term contract. Consumer-oriented on-demand printing services such as photo books are still a relatively new and growing line of products. We want to develop these services in cooperation with WSOYpro so that they will better respond to the growing needs of consumers in the future," says Hansaprint's Business Unit Director Jukka Saariluoma.
"We are very happy that Hansaprint took responsibility of the production process. It is easy to develop our consumer services on a long-term basis with a well-established partner," says WSOYpro's director Hannu Palmu.
Hansaprint will transfer operations of Wiresidos Oy's digital printing services to Hansaprint's Vantaa unit in January. This will be done in a way that will not cause inconvenience to customers. In the future the customers of Wiresidos Oy's digital printing press can get the printing services they need from Hansaprint.
